s’mores: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients
Traditional in North America, s’mores are nothing more than pieces of marshmallow roasted over a fire with chocolate between crackers, like a sandwich.
- 1 packet(s) of chocolate-flavored cookies (can be malted milk or Alpine-flavored cookies)
- 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate
- 100 grams of sour cream
- 100 gram(s) of marshmallow
Method of preparation
Line the bottom of a 15cm x 5cm platter with the cookies, reserving some for the time to consume the recipe.
Melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave, stirring between intervals, until completely melted. Normally, three sequences are enough, but be careful not to burn.
Mix the cream milk leaving this mixture homogeneous.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cookies.
On the cover, position the marshmallows, one next to the other.
Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
To serve, the suggestion is to use biscuits to remove the candy, forming a s’mores sandwich.
