Roast Pork Sirloin: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients
Picanha at home? Yes! The pork version of the cut is easy to prepare and is perfect in just an hour and a half.
- 1 pork steak (about 1.3 kg)
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon(s) of melted butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) of mustard
- Garlic to taste finely chopped
Method of preparation
Season the picanha with salt to taste.
Rub the butter all over the picanha and add the mustard.
Sprinkle the garlic on top and bake in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes, with vegetables of your choice – it goes great with rustic potatoes and tomatoes.
