Princess Beatrice authorized Meghan and Harry to record inside a royal property

The documentary “Harry & Meghan” continues to make people talk. The Sussexes were shown a private cabin of Queen Elizabeth II, which they had access to by permission from Princess Beatrice , daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
The Netflix series shows footage of the Sussexes inside Y Bwthyn Bach, a large wendy house near the Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
The property belonged to Queen Elizabeth II, but Beatriz received custody in 2010. It was Harry’s cousin who gave permission for the Sussexes to enter with cameras.
Harry and Meghan were also heard in the docuseries to complain about their time living at Nottingham Cottage , a house on the grounds of Kensington Palace where they moved in after the royal wedding in 2018.
“People think we lived in a palace. But we lived in a cottage on the palace grounds ,” says Harry. Meghan added: “Kensington Palace sounds very majestic. Of course, if it says palace in the name. But Nottingham Cottage was small.”
The former “Suits” actress commented: “It was a chapter in our lives where I don’t think anyone could believe what it was really like behind the scenes . “
