Paçoca Brigadeiro: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients
Learn a different version of the everyday brigadeiro with another national piaxao: paçoca.
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 box(s) of cream
- 5 paçoquinhas
- 1 teaspoon(s) of butter
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the condensed milk, the cream, the paçoquinha and the butter. Mix well.
Take to the low fire, stirring non stop, until it thickens well and disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
Put it on a plate and let it cool. With greased hands, roll into brigadiers.
Finally, pass the shredded paçoquinha and serve.
