Kate del Castillo talks about the relationship she had with Sean Penn: “He tricked into my bed”

Almost eight years ago Kate del Castillo  and Sean Penn met with one of the most important drug traffickers in the world, Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán, in an unprecedented event , and although it seemed that the actors had a relationship Cordial, the actress ranted against the Hollywood actor.

In a recent interview with the journalist Maria Antonieta Collins, she spoke about what she experienced with the leader of the Sinaloa cartel, who is currently serving a life sentence in the United States.

“The only thing that saves me is the truth, and I know who I am, I know what woman I am, I know where I have spread it, they are decisions that I made , it does not bother me in the least about something that I decided to do and that it will be in my life forever, ”said the Mexican actress.

“It is a part of my life and that, no way, it went in a direction that I did not want and it did, but when you have the truth, when you know why you did the things you did, I absolutely do not regret it. Nothing that I did , I regret perhaps not having followed my instincts and trusting people that I should not have trusted, but other than that I do not regret anything, “said Kate del Castillo.

Kate also lashed out at Sean Penn, who was the one who made her meeting with the capo public after writing a report and bringing to light photographs of the moment in Rolling Stone magazine , also ensuring that he related to her based on lies. 

“The one who betrayed me will be the one who goes to sleep peacefully, because I do not give a fifth for that person. He tricked me, he got into my bed, that is, there were a lot of things that you say ‘How deplorable!’, In other words, a deplorable person ”.

Eric del Castillo’s daughter assured that this situation helped her to know who her true friends are : ” It was a purification in my life in every way and it was a very scary time, not knowing if you are going to survive that , and not nothing more metaphorically speaking, that this is another, the attacks in all senses and my family.

“Because whatever I want, the bullets slip, but I have a family, I have parents who lived in Mexico, who live in Mexico. I am on this side (the United States), so I felt very responsible for all of this, especially for them”.
