Dulce de leche mini churros: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients

- 10 tubes
- 1 liter of oil for frying
- 1 cup(s) of sugar
- 3 tablespoon(s) cinnamon powder
- 300 grams of dulce de leche (or hazelnut cream) for filling
Method of preparation
In a bowl or deep dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon, and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the little biscuits, turning the sides until golden.
Pass the biscuits through the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
With a pointed knife, remove the core from the biscuits lengthwise without crossing them completely and set aside.
Fill each tube with the dulce de leche or filling of your choice, using a pastry bag.
