deconstructed lemon pie: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients

Lemon pie is always delicious and doesn’t always have to be the same. See a deconstructed version of the hit candy
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can(s) of whey-free sour cream
- Juice of 6 fresh lemons
- 1/2 envelope(s) unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 package(s) cornstarch biscuits
- lemon zest to taste
Method of preparation
Mix the unflavored gelatin in a little water, melt in the microwave and set aside.
In a bowl, mix condensed milk, cream and lemon juice until smooth.
Add hydrated gelatin.
Place in a glass, stainless steel or porcelain container and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, grind the wafer and mix with lemon zest. Reserve.
Then, in individual bowls, place a layer of biscuits with lemon zest and then a layer of lemon cream.
Repeat with another layer of crackers and zest and finish with the lemon cream.
