Breaded banana stuffed with hazelnut cream: Recipe, How to Make and Ingredients

- 6 midget bananas
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of panko flour
- 140 gram(s) of hazelnut cream (can be with chocolate)
- Oil for frying Strawberries (optional)
- Strawberry syrup (optional)
Method of preparation
Peel the bananas and set aside.
In three separate bowls, place the wheat flour, the egg and the panko flour, one in each.
Pass the reserved bananas in this order: wheat flour, egg and panko flour.
After that, heat the oil in a pan and fry the breaded bananas at a temperature of 180ºC.
After being fried, cut the bananas in half and fill them with chocolate hazelnut cream. Decorate with strawberries and chocolate sauce.
