10 slice(s) of grain bread (preferably with apple, cinnamon and raisin flavor)
300 grams of dulce de leche

Method of preparation

With a 5 cm rim, cut circles in the buns.

Distribute these circles on a baking sheet and bake briefly for 7 minutes at 180°C or until crispy.

Remove from oven and wait for it to cool down.

Once cold, fill one disc with dulce de leche and cover with another.

If necessary, remove excess stuffing from the sides.

Serve immediately.
